Your tasks:
- Managing employee recruitment
- Advising and supporting employees / managers of selected support areas on HR-related issues
- Administrative implementation of HR processes, in particular, preparation of employment contracts, agreements, grievances, disciplinary measures, restructuring, etc
- Managing the employee database and general management tasks in this context
- Supporting the application for a working visa of the headquarters
- Development and implementation of HR strategies and plans to support business objectives and strategic priorities
The position is available for candidates located in Germany, where the company has offices in Essen and Nuremberg and is planning to expand to Munich and Frankfurt. You will communicate with the German office of the company.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably with personnel responsibility
- Completed vocational training or a degree in human resources, (business) law, business administration or comparable
- Very good knowledge of German labor law and Arbeitsschutzrecht
- English B2+
- German B2+
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Betriebsverfassungsgesetz
- Team management skills
- Experience in the IT domain
