🔹 Job Summary:
As an HR Officer, you’ll manage key human resource functions including recruitment, payroll, training, employee relations, staff welfare, and employment law compliance. The role requires generalist HR experience and an ability to handle various staff-related tasks effectively.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard new employees

Process payroll and benefits accurately and on time

Develop and approve job descriptions and adverts

Organize and monitor staff training and development

Ensure staff welfare, health, and safety

Maintain staff performance and attendance records

Advise on labor law, HR policies, and disciplinary issues

Verify employee work eligibility and right-to-work documents

Handle salary negotiations, contracts, and exit packages
🔹 Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: HND (in any discipline)

Experience: 3+ years in a Human Resources role

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
