Job Summary:
Omega Golden Fertility seeks a versatile and experienced HR Officer to oversee a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, training, employee relations, and health and safety. The role requires someone with solid HR experience and excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

Source and hire new talent

Approve job descriptions and advertisements

Verify candidates’ right to work

Payroll & Compensation:

Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries

Handle pensions, benefits, and related admin

Negotiate salaries and working conditions

Training & Development:

Organize and manage staff training
-
Coach and advise on career development

Employee Relations & Compliance:

Monitor staff performance and attendance

Advise managers on employment laws and internal policies

Manage disciplinary and grievance matters

Promote staff health, safety, and welfare

HR Administration:

Ensure proper documentation

Handle contracts and redundancy discussions

Liaise with unions if applicable

Requirements:

Education: Minimum of HND in any discipline

Experience: At least 3 years in HR-related roles
