Job Summary:
You’ll be responsible for ensuring organized staff records, developing HR policies, overseeing staff welfare and performance, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws — within the education sector.
Responsibilities:

Maintain organized staff records and filing systems

Propose and develop HR policies and procedures

Oversee employee motivation, welfare, and growth

Handle health matters and employee orientation
-
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
-
Monitor training, performance, and career development
-
Manage leaves, absences, terminations, and disciplinary actions
-
Handle recruitment planning (job descriptions, charts, hiring needs)
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline
-
5–8 years of experience, preferably in education
-
HR certifications like CIPM, CIPD, HRBP
-
Deep knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR systems

Understanding of payroll systems and HR technology

Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills

Excellent communication, supervision, and multitasking skills
