📝 Role Summary:

This role leads the full HR function in a hotel setting, ensuring talent management, employee engagement, legal compliance, and a high-performance, service-driven culture.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Lead recruitment and onboarding of hospitality-driven staff.

  • Oversee learning and development programs.

  • Support performance management across departments.

  • Manage employee relations and disciplinary issues lawfully.

  • Design and maintain competitive compensation and benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and health & safety standards.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.

  • Promote staff welfare and internal communications.

  • Advise management on organisational and workforce planning.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Perform additional tasks as needed.


🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field.

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM).

  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality.

  • Experience in employee wellbeing, engagement, and diversity programs.
