📝 Role Summary:

This position involves overseeing all HR functions in a hotel setting, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should foster a high-performance, service-driven culture that aligns with the hotel’s strategic objectives.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update HR policies aligned with hospitality industry standards and regulations

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of quality talent

  • Lead staff training and development initiatives

  • Advise on performance management and support line managers

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures

  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures

  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (Labour laws, pensions, safety, etc.)

  • Maintain confidential HR records and systems

  • Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives

  • Support senior management in workforce planning and organizational design

  • Promote DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) within the workplace


🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field

  • Professional HR Certification (e.g., CIPM)

  • Minimum 5 years HR experience (hospitality experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of workplace diversity, employee engagement, and wellbeing

  • Knowledge of employment/labour laws and HR best practices

  • HR systems/software proficiency

  • Strong talent acquisition, development, and performance management skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • High integrity and ethical standards
