Role Summary

At Diversey Denmark we are looking for someone with first experience in inside sales or customer service to take on this newly-established role of Inside Sales Account Manager in our sales team. This is part of a strategic European objective to take care of some of our new and existing smaller to medium clients. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone to move into a professional B2B sales role which is office-based.

About The Job

Take care of clients by phone and email.

Ensure the satisfaction of B2B customers, and find opportunities to support them with additional products and services from our portfolio.

Managing existing customers, but occasionally there might be some cold-calling of pre-qualified leads.

Updating prices and ensuring continuous communication with the customers

Build a long-term relationship where you focus on profitable growth whilst truly helping and supporting customers with their needs, rather than just pushing for sales.

Promote special offers and new product releases.

Price negotiations and preparing contracts for multiple services and products.

Required Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

Fluency in Danish, and strong knowledge of English

2+ years of sales experience (B2B, retail, D2D, hotel, etc.) or Customer Service experience – preferred

Pro-activity and ability to pick up tasks independently

Residence in the Copenhagen area and willingness to work from our offices in hybrid model

Financial awareness - ability to analyze and interpret sales data

Highly effective communication both written and verbal

Experience of building long term successful customer relationships at all levels

Forward planning and organizational skills.
