Job Summary
The Insulation Supervisor will lead field insulation activities, ensuring that pipelines, equipment, and structures are properly insulated against heat loss, corrosion, and environmental exposure. This role involves quality control, supervision of contractors, coordination of material usage, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily toolbox talks and site safety briefings.

Supervise installation of hot/cold insulation, cladding, and fireproofing.

Ensure application complies with thickness specs, calculations, and work packs.

Identify and correct defective or improperly applied insulation.

Oversee proper handling and disposal of insulation materials (e.g., mineral wool, PU foam, aerogel).

Monitor surface prep, material cutting, sealing, and jacketing processes.

Track and report on material usage, wastage, and reorder needs.

Supervise contractor teams and ensure work aligns with project timelines and safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in insulation supervision in LNG, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical environments.

Strong knowledge of insulation materials and international application standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office for daily reports and documentation.
