Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Student Recruitment Officer to guide and support students seeking study abroad opportunities. You will assist with applications, visa procedures, and maintain partnerships with universities while keeping up-to-date with international education trends.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized guidance to students on study abroad options, universities, courses, and admissions

Assist in preparing application documents such as personal statements and recommendation letters

Guide students through visa application processes and financial requirements

Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars related to study abroad opportunities

Maintain and nurture relationships with partner universities and educational institutions

Stay informed about changes in visa policies, scholarship opportunities, and international education trends

Follow up and support students until successful enrollment
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Minimum 3 years experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or study abroad services

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of study abroad programs and admissions processes for UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, and Europe

Understanding of international university admission procedures and visa regulations

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
