Position: Intern
Key Responsibilities

Greet and attend to visitors and clients professionally

Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Manage appointment scheduling and calendars

Assist with daily admin tasks (filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry)

Sort and distribute mail and deliveries

Support other departments as needed
Requirements

SSCE/WAEC, OND, or currently enrolled in a degree program (Business Admin, Communications, etc.)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional appearance and a positive attitude

Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn

Must maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
