Position: Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to visitors and clients professionally

  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendars

  • Assist with daily admin tasks (filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry)

  • Sort and distribute mail and deliveries

  • Support other departments as needed

Requirements

  • SSCE/WAEC, OND, or currently enrolled in a degree program (Business Admin, Communications, etc.)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude

  • Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn

  • Must maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
