Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related discipline or Diploma in IT
  • MCSE/MCP/MCITP certifications will be beneficial
  • 1 year’s work or internship experience providing onsite helpdesk support
  • Generalist with a passion for technology
  • Good verbal & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Responsibilities

  • Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, deployment, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
  • Involved in level 1-3 technical support (servers, helpdesk, and systems) for 100 end-users
  • AccouResponsibility for these systems includes operations and support, maintenance, and research and development to ensure continual innovation.
  • Participate in IT projects to migrate and upgrade systems, etc. Monitor security threats, data integrity, system security & compliance with IT policies
  • Provide IT training for new staff

Average Salary: HK$40,000
