Responsibilities Of This Position

Your responsibilities and impact as a Junior Accounting & Finance Assistant will be:

1. Support various areas of the company on Finance & Accounting inquiries
2. Perform daily operational tasks concerning payments
3. Reconcile and adjust client and vendor accounts
4. Assist in monthly, quarterly & annual reporting and closing
5. Monitor financial compliance and fraud-prevention

Qualifications

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native level of Spanish and excellent level of English (Catalan will be a plus)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any other similar field
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures (Spanish GAAP) would be a plus
