Get-e is a fast-growing international travel-tech scale-up, and since 2019 we have been backed by venture capital. As a core business, we provide smart transportation management solutions for leading global travel brands. Recently, Get-e added hotel room management for airline crews to its portfolio.

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for new talent who can create the best user experience for our customers, solve their challenges and make them feel valued.

Customer Care is the heart of Get-e’s business. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating issues raised by customers and responding within specified SLAs. You will communicate with customers to solve problems, answer questions, and give support. Key elements of the role include the ability to quickly identify and address customer needs.

Your profile

  • You are fluent in English – additional languages are a plus!
  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree,
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, customer care or customer success,
  • You have a passion for building trusted relationships with customers and across departments,
  • You have exceptional problem-solving abilities,
  • Your verbal and written communication skills are next level,
  • You are available for 32-40 hours per week; hybrid is partly possible.

  • Gross monthly salary between EUR 2400, – and 2850, – (depending on relevant experience), based on 40 hours/week

  • 8% vacation allowance (paid out in April)
