Responsibilities

1. Planned, briefed, implement and review in-store and window packages for European PUMA Factory Outlets according to the brand guidelines, local needs, campaigns, and CRM activities.
2. Improve in-store signage standards and store environment through continuous management of relevant stakeholders and review of status quo
3. Plan and execute the continuous enhancement of store windows based on priority
4. Contribute to the marketing of store opening processes by ordering in-store materials and facilitating opening activations
5. Ensure production projects stay within given budgets and execution timelines while meeting operating standards
6. Act as a power user for digital content management and marketing production order platform
7. Coordinate marketing partners, brief, and manage agencies
8. Work closely with the Visual Merchandising, Marketing Communications and CRM teams to ensure maximum consistency

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study or completed apprenticeship with work experience
2. Ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
3. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
4. Detail-oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
5. Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – German and other European languages are a plus
7. Preferably first relevant work experience in (retail) marketing.
