Job Summary:
DANKE GOTT Construction Limited is seeking a Junior Operations Manager to help plan, supervise, and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will support project planning, coordinate resources, ensure quality and safety standards, manage teams, and maintain clear communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling

Create and manage project timelines

Monitor deadlines and budgets

Identify risks and create backup plans
Resource Management

Coordinate materials, labor, and equipment

Ensure timely delivery of resources

Supervise subcontractors and vendors
Quality Control

Enforce construction quality standards

Inspect work regularly and fix issues
Team Leadership

Lead and motivate on-site teams

Train and guide team members

Resolve team-related concerns
Client Communication

Maintain open communication with clients

Address issues and ensure satisfaction
Safety Management

Enforce safety procedures on-site

Conduct safety checks and inspections
Cost & Contract Management

Monitor and control project expenses

Help prepare budgets

Understand contracts and ensure compliance
Requirements:

Education: High School, Technical School, College, HND, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

Experience: From no experience up to 10 years (fresh and experienced candidates may apply)

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Fluent in English

Must be based in or willing to work in Ajah, Lagos
