Korean / Business Manager (Personnel, General Affairs, Accounting, Finance)

The Company  Is looking for a team leader who can be entrusted with general management at a leading company in simulation golf. It is an environment where you can use Korean because you use Korean for communication with the Korean parent company.

[Details of work]

• Compilation of meeting materials collected from each team at weekly and monthly meetings and preparation of the Korean version.
• Interpretation at each meeting (meetings are always finished in 1 hour)
• Preparation of business plan and Korean version along with materials.
• Overall management (personnel, general affairs, accounting, finance) operations.
• As we have dedicated staff for accounting and finance, no specialized knowledge is required.

• Due to the epidemic of the new coronavirus, sales are expanding rapidly due to the business format that avoids the 3 Cs. The number of business conversions from the restaurant industry is increasing, and it is a company that can be expected to grow.
• We have introduced no overtime days (every Wednesday) and family days (every 3rd Friday of the month: 6 hours a day).

Requirements

Required Skills

• Korean: Business level or higher
• Foreigners must have a Japanese business level or higher
• Experience in accounting and finance
• University graduate or above
