📝 Job Overview:
The Lead Engineer will oversee the design, coordination, and successful installation of solar energy systems nationwide. You’ll handle solar project design, contractor management, system monitoring, and post-installation support. A key part of the role includes building and training solar engineering teams across Nigeria.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site investigations with contractors to evaluate technical feasibility.

Design solar systems with schematics, bill of materials, and wiring diagrams.

Manage and train solar installation teams in major cities (e.g., Abuja, Ibadan, PH).

Monitor installations remotely, create diagnostic processes, and ensure quality.

Handle project timelines, critical path planning, and scope of work definition.

Lead contract negotiations with vendors/subcontractors and oversee execution.

Identify risks early and implement preventive and mitigation strategies.
✅ Requirements:

Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in solar energy system design & installation.

Ability to manage multiple contractors and projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel frequently across Nigeria.
