🔍 Job Summary:
Are you a legal powerhouse with expertise in property law, contracts, and compliance? Join our team to safeguard land, client, and partner transactions while crafting legally sound real estate deals that stand the test of time.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate MOUs, lease agreements, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.

Provide expert legal guidance on property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and real estate development projects.

Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations at local and national levels.

Conduct legal due diligence, including title verification and zoning compliance.

Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external counsel as needed.

Proactively manage legal risks and disputes; represent the company or coordinate external legal defense when necessary.

Keep abreast of legal and regulatory changes and provide strategic updates to management.

Assist with drafting internal compliance policies and support investment/financing activities.
✅ Requirements:

LL.B & BL qualification from a recognized university.
-
4–6 years post-call experience, preferably in real estate/property law.

Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Strong understanding of property law, contract law, and related regulatory frameworks.

High integrity, sound judgment, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
💰 Salary:
₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
