Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and result-driven Marketer to help grow our brand and drive sales. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, creating content, managing digital platforms, and supporting the sales team to attract and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and run marketing campaigns to promote products or services

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends

Create content for websites, blogs, social media, and ads

Manage digital channels including email marketing and SEO

Track and analyze performance of marketing activities

Work with other departments to align marketing goals with business objectives

Explore partnership opportunities for brand growth

Stay updated on marketing tools and trends

Manage marketing budget and report performance to management

Conduct competitor analysis and support the sales team with materials
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

2–3 years of experience in a marketing role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Creative and strategic thinker

Proficient in digital marketing and marketing tools

Good with data analysis and reporting

Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a passion for results

Experience with SEO, SEM, CRM tools, and social media marketing is a plus
