Build the vision for key jobs of the players in the Customer Branch (Marketing & Communication)
You will be part of our international “Talent and Development” project and, in coordination with and serving the needs of the “Customer” Branch (Marketing/Communication), you will be responsible for one or several key jobs , particularly in:
1- Building a vision and a project for one or more jobs.
Identifying strategic and operational priorities in the “marketing & customer” branch to ensure that the jobs meet them.
Identifying an external network (companies, agencies, schools, etc.) that allows for sharing and evolving the jobs.
Contributing to the forecasting management of jobs and skills in the roles. (Workforce Planning)
2- Develop roles that foster excellence.
Define and keep up to date the responsibilities, technical and human skills of the job (s).
Formalize and update the job profile(s).
Provide evaluations of the job (s) and the skills that comprise it.
Provide support and guidance to countries on the job(s).
3- Ensure training plans for the job(s).
Identify or establish a network to develop skills in the job(s) (skills leaders, process leaders, digital solutions leaders, etc.).
Develop and update a progressive training plan for the job(s).
Ensure that training pathways are available for each skill.
Provide onboarding programs for the job(s) (in-person introductory sessions, digital integration) to help team members become quickly operational.
4- Support solutions that enable teams to fulfill their responsibilities.
Identify and ensure the availability of expected processes and tools for the job(s).
Identify potential needs for processes and tools in the job(s).
Ensure that standards for the job’s processes are available.
Identify stakeholders in the processes and tools to coordinate their impact on the job(s).
PROFIL DE CANDIDAT- E RECHERCHÉ- E
Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in one or more jobs or in-depth knowledge of the issues associated with the Marketing & communication branch.
Have an overall view of the job(s).
Ideally, have worked at a high performance level in these roles or have previously led them.
Experience as a “skill leader” or “skill referent” in the Marketing/Communication sector would be an advantage.
Have a good in-depth knowledge of the key processes of the job.
Have a broad openness to embrace our international realities.
