Job Summary:
Flexolution NG seeks a high-performing Medical Sales Representative to drive its pharmaceutical business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to secure deals and build long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new pharmaceutical sales opportunities.

Build strong partnerships across healthcare and pharma sectors.

Execute sales strategies to hit ambitious growth targets.

Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and client onboarding.

Conduct in-depth market research to spot trends and gaps.

Collaborate with internal teams (finance, logistics, etc.) to deliver client solutions.

Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and client meetings.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).

Experience: 7+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships within pharmaceuticals/healthcare.
