Job Summary:
FoodCourt is looking for a skilled Mixologist to create and serve quality cocktails and beverages that delight customers. The role also includes maintaining bar hygiene, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve classic, modern, and custom drinks

  • Recommend drink options based on customer preferences

  • Keep the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized

  • Manage inventory and reduce waste

  • Interact warmly with guests and handle complaints professionally

  • Comply with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Ideal Candidate:

  • Creative and passionate about mixology

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Knows how to use bar tools and equipment

  • Able to maintain hygiene and follow safety rules

  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
