Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Modern Trade Manager to lead our expansion and performance within modern trade channels such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores. This role focuses on building strong retail partnerships, driving sales growth, improving product visibility, and increasing market share.
Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development: Identify, engage, and onboard new modern trade outlets

Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and key stakeholders

Sales Strategy: Plan and implement strategic sales initiatives to boost revenue and visibility

Merchandising: Ensure effective in-store branding, visibility, and promotional execution

Inventory Management: Oversee product availability and stock control in retail outlets

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, trends, and outlet performance

Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to support trade activities

Brand Visibility: Lead promotional campaigns, in-store branding, and joint marketing efforts

Qualifications & Experience:
