LMW is currently recruiting Customer Care Representatives who will provide, via inbound calls & emails, information, technical and network problem solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

 

  • Receive inquiries through inbound calls, e-mails and chatting and provide product support
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Ensure great customer satisfaction with minimum customer inconvenience
  • Input data to the information management system

Requirements

 

  • Fluent speaker in one of the following languages: Italian / German / French / Spanish / Portuguese / Dutch / Catalan / Croatian / Romanian / Slovakian / Slovenian / Lithuanian / Estonian / Danish / Norwegian / Finnish / Flemish / Swedish / Czech / Hungarian / Polish / Icelandic / Latvian
  • Great PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills and friendly personality
  • EU work permit preferred
