Create a business plan and achieve corporate goals.
Input into cross-functional strategic plans for operations in Japan.
To ensure that the head of Japan operations and global leadership are aware of and make recommendations on important external events that may impact our plans.
Responsible for the commercial performance of the Japanese lung business, meeting or exceeding agreed targets.
Establish relevant processes in Japan to ensure all business activities are in line with company policies, procedures, local guidelines and laws.
Ensure all governance processes are in place and meet their requirements
Recruit, hire, develop, and retain talented people to realize the plan.

[Required Experience And Skills]

Sales force management experience in the oncology field in Japan (10+ years)

Over 10 years of team management experience
