Job Summary:
IJM Global Limited is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role requires someone organized, professional, and proactive in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and attend to visitors and clients professionally

Answer and manage phone calls and inquiries

Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital)

Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory

Perform general clerical and administrative duties

Ensure the office environment remains clean and organized

Assist in scheduling, communication, and minor office errands
Requirements:

SSCE / WAEC certificate (additional admin training is an advantage)

Minimum of 1 year experience as an Office Assistant or similar role

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Basic proficiency in using office equipment like printers and scanners
