📋 Job Responsibilities:

  • Sorting and sending mails, SMS, and direct messages

  • Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other official documents

  • Supporting onboarding processes, vendor management, and maintaining customer records

  • Providing general administrative support


🎯 Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum education: SSCE or OND (Male only)

  • At least 1 year of relevant office experience, preferably in customer care

  • Must reside within the Ajah area

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time well

  • Detail-oriented

  • Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)
