About the Role
Eden Solutions and Resources is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Management and Operations Supervisor to ensure seamless office operations, effectively manage client relationships, and coordinate external consultants. The right candidate will have a strong presence in the office, be highly organised, and skilled in communication, supervision, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily office functions: admin support, supplies, facilities

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service delivery excellence

Track the performance and engagement of external consultants

Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of staff within client companies

Handle confidential documentation (staffing, contracts, client services)

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Manage client feedback and contribute to service improvements

Support internal teams with the timely delivery of reports, proposals, etc.

Lead internal operational process enhancements
What You Need

BSc in Business Admin, HR, or related field

3–5 years’ experience in operations or office management (preferably in consulting)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

High attention to detail and organisational skills
