Mission and Task Description
As part of the development of our FAMDC department, we are looking for a Project Designer Methods Design Office F/M.
Reporting to the head of the FAMDC department, in coordination with the Methods Engineer assigned to the project and, depending on the scale of the project, with the Office Coordinator of Study. You will participate in the development of manufacturing and installation plans for method procedures: manufacturing plans, installation sequence, projects, calls for tenders, Offshore/Onshore/Wind farm.
Your Main Missions Will Be:
Establish under AUTOCAD/INVENTOR all the diagrams, plans, nomenclatures, list of materials and measurements requested from you while respecting the processes and quality methods;
Check the quality of the documents you produce before sending them to the project teams;
Participate in improving the department’s processes and standards.
PROFILE
Training: BTS or License level (Metal Architecture, Mechanics, Civil Engineering);
Experience: Minimum 2 years in offshore or design office;
Specific professional skills: Good knowledge of standards and drawing standards, manufacturing and installation methods, metal structure;
Knowledge of 3D AUTOCAD, INVENTOR and NAVISWORKS software as well as Microsoft 365 tools
Soft skills: good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt and work as a team, rigor and proactivity;
Languages: Spoken/written English (understanding of technical terms and notations on plans).
