Responsibilities

1. Support and planning for the employees in Onboarding customer service, to ensure are good and stable service for our customers.
2. You will assist with the intraday planning daily to ensure all onboarding tasks are handled in the right order
3. Longterm planning, you will have the responsibility for the volume and requirement forecast, which will be the key area for ensuring that we always have the right amount of employees available when needed.
4. Development and maintenance of our internally used tools (mainly Excel & PowerBi) and systems (Nice IEX Workforce Management)
5. Continuous improvement of our processes, though an analytical approach to our daily work

Qualifications

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar position
2. Fluency in German and very good knowledge of the English language is a must
3. Data-focused approach to the tasks that are presented
4. You must be able to analyze and understand the presented challenges and make qualified and data-driven decisions from the information you have available
5. You should thrive working with daily, weekly and monthly tasks, while also developing their processes and tool
6. CRM and Power BI experience will be considered as an advantage.
