🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and track KPIs for the region; generate business reports for senior management.

  • Support and deploy LEAN/Continuous Improvement initiatives.

  • Analyze and track outage data with the planning & fulfillment team.

  • Manage operations data, helpdesk content, and ensure real-time updates.

  • Maintain Escalation Risk Tracker (ERP) to flag potential project risks.

  • Assist in operational reviews and maintain action tracker metrics.

  • Uphold data quality standards across the team.

🎓 Eligibility Requirements:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Academic: Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).

  • Work Status: Authorized to work full-time in Nigeria without restriction.

  • Experience Level: NYSC (Entry-level).

💡 Preferred Skills & Qualities:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of Tableau or data reporting tools is an advantage.

  • Strong data analytics, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
