Are you an experienced and highly organized professional with a passion for wellness, beauty, or fashion? We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of our trichology center, salon, and wellness spa in Lagos.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing people, optimizing processes, ensuring service excellence, and supporting overall business growth.
🔑 Your Responsibilities Will Include:
✅ Managing client accounts and relationships
✅ Supervising and scheduling hair technicians & wellness staff
✅ Ensuring quality control and top-tier customer service
✅ Designing and refining operational systems & protocols
✅ Leading hiring, onboarding, and training processes
✅ Overseeing inventory and supply procurement
✅ Organizing team schedules and performance reviews
✅ Maintaining clean, hygienic, well-equipped facilities
✅ Handling financial transactions and payment tracking
✅ Supporting marketing activations, events, and pop-ups
🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔️ BSc/HND in Business Admin or related field
✔️ 5+ years of hands-on leadership experience
✔️ Familiarity with spa, salon, clinic or retail operations
✔️ Detail-oriented, process-driven & proactive
✔️ Great communicator with emotional intelligence
✔️ Basic knowledge of bookkeeping
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office & business software
✔️ Excellent at multi-tasking and time management
