3. Experience working with the following JDE Modules: HR, Payroll, Distribution and Logistics
4. Previous experience in sales and business development
5. Previous experience as a technical or functional lead
6. Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
7. Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
8. Superior verbal and written communication skills
9. Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
10. Team lead experience is a requirement
11. Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
12. Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials
13. Postgraduate degree and an HR professional certification
14. Canadian travel is required, and occasional international travel
