Pay Structure:

• ₦50,000 monthly base salary

• ₦50,000 transport bonus

• ₦20,000 bonus per successful deal

• 10% commission on each business partnership

About Sportconn:

Sportconn is a fast-growing sports networking platform connecting athletes, fans, and sports businesses. We are expanding and need a passionate and result-driven Outside Sales Representative to help onboard gyms, fitness centers, and other sports-related businesses onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit gyms, sports clubs, and fitness centers across Abuja

• Promote Sportconn and its benefits to business owners

• Onboard facilities by registering them on the platform

• Build lasting client relationships and maintain follow-ups

• Meet weekly/monthly sign-up and engagement targets

• Share progress reports and market insights with the team

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in field sales or business development

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Strong sales closing and negotiation ability

• Must be self-motivated and work well with little supervision

• Familiarity with fitness or sports businesses is an advantage

• Smartphone and personal transportation are required
