We are looking for an Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to executive memb
ers.
The main responsibilities are as fol
- lows:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external par - tners.Manage executives’ calendars and set up mee
- tings.Managing personal correspond
- ences.Make travel and accommodation arrange
- ments.Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly re
- ports.Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inve
- ntory.Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, re
- ports.Take minutes during mee
- tings.Ad-Hoc administrative tasks as and when req
- uired.Assisting with a variety of special projects as dir
- ected.To assist the delivery team with positioning Live Group on events where n
eeded.
