Job Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel plans

Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion

Communication: Serve as liaison for internal/external communication

Document Handling: Draft reports, presentations, emails, and other documents

Email & Calls: Organize communications and follow up on messages
-
Meetings: Take meeting minutes and track follow-up tasks
-
Event Coordination: Organize logistics for meetings and company events
-
Administrative Tasks: Run errands, manage files, and support the executive

Vendor Management: Communicate with suppliers and service providers
Requirements:
-
HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Secretarial Studies, or related field

2+ years proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Strong time management, multitasking, and confidentiality skills

Experience with project management or scheduling software is a plus
