🧾 Job Summary:
Racogh is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant / Business Coordinator to support executive operations, manage schedules, and handle administrative and logistical tasks. This fast-paced role requires strong communication skills, excellent task management, and proficiency in Google Workspace tools, especially Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage executive calendars via Google Calendar

Draft and respond to professional emails, documents, and reports

Create and maintain trackers using Google Sheets and Docs

Attend meetings, take notes, and share actionable outcomes

Coordinate logistics for events, photoshoots, and general business activities

Manage communication with vendors, suppliers, and external partners

Organize digital brand files, business assets, and confidential documents

Provide marketing and content support where necessary

Work effectively within a team-based, task-oriented structure

Maintain strict confidentiality and represent the brand professionally
🔧 Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a PA, admin, or coordination role

Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Fast desktop navigation and digital organization skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and follow instructions
