About the Company

Role Summary

The Personal Assistant to the MD will serve as the right hand to the Managing Director, handling a mix of administrative, executive, and personal responsibilities. This is a critical role for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support to the MD in all business and personal engagements

  • Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters

  • Track project timelines and follow up on critical tasks

  • Support MD in social and digital admin tasks where needed


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field

  • 2–5 years experience as a PA or Executive Assistant

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace

  • Must be discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent

  • Confident, well-spoken, and professionally presentable

  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure


Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting C-level executives

  • Background in the beauty, fashion, or retail industry

  • Social media savvy or able to assist with digital tasks
