Role Summary
The Personal Assistant to the MD will serve as the right hand to the Managing Director, handling a mix of administrative, executive, and personal responsibilities. This is a critical role for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level support to the MD in all business and personal engagements

Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings

Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters

Track project timelines and follow up on critical tasks

Support MD in social and digital admin tasks where needed
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
-
2–5 years experience as a PA or Executive Assistant

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
-
Must be discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent

Confident, well-spoken, and professionally presentable

Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
