Job Summary:
IAP Building Solutions is looking for a Procurement Officer to help manage the company’s purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will monitor stock levels, find reliable suppliers, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of quality materials—especially aluminium and glass products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep an eye on inventory and identify what needs to be ordered

  • Find and evaluate new vendors

  • Track orders and confirm deliveries

  • Record order details in company databases

  • Research market prices and trends

  • Negotiate with suppliers for better prices

  • Prepare cost reports and keep records of invoices and contracts

  • Work closely with the Production and Technical teams to ensure quality and correct orders

Requirements:

  • HND or B.Sc in Quantity Surveying or a related field

  • 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role

  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of aluminium and glass materials is a plus
