Job Summary:

Pruvia Integrated Limited is hiring a Procurement Officer to manage the purchase of goods and services, especially in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will help select suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor stock, and ensure the company gets quality materials at the best prices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and evaluate suppliers

  • Maintain good relationships with vendors

  • Prepare purchase orders and contracts

  • Ensure purchases follow budget and company policies

  • Monitor stock levels and reorder when needed

  • Research market trends and pricing

  • Keep proper records of purchases and suppliers

  • Work closely with other departments to understand their needs

  • Ensure procurement follows legal requirements

  • Identify ways to save cost without reducing quality

Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

  • 0–3 years of experience (oil & gas industry experience preferred)

  • Good negotiation and communication skills

  • Knowledge of procurement software

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Certification (CPSM or CPP) is a plus
