Tasks

1. As a Product & Solution Security Officer, you are responsible for driving product & solution security actively.
2. Coordinate relevant standardization and regulation for product and solution security and required certifications of products, solutions, processes or organizations within the Business Unit – Factory Automation.
3. You work together with the CSO of the Business Unit and advice processes and structures to introduce security into products, solutions and services.
4. As a Product & Solution Security Officer, you are responsible for implementing the security strategy aligned with the Company Security Strategy.
5. You coordinate relevant standardization and regulation for product and solution security and required certifications of products, solutions, processes or organizations within the business in line with respective Businesses.
6. You are responsible for ensuring that relevant stakeholders have sufficient awareness of the product and solution security.
7. You are responsible for advising executive management, product management, project management, R&D heads and manufacturing heads about all Siemens DI FA products.

Qualifications

1. You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT security, electronics or related fields.
2. Many years of professional experience in the areas of Automation products, like Simatic, or broad and deep expertise in the area of cybersecurity.
3. You can work in a matrix organization, have experience in leadership without disciplinary power relations, and have proven technical management experience.
4. You have experience with crisis management in projects, process improvement projects and change management.
5. You can assess security threats and risks and mediate between management and technical staff.
6. Good English and German skills are required.
