We are looking for a driven Production Engineer – who wants to join us in developing and accelerating our production line and logistics chain!
CYTO365 is a Swedish medtech company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and forward drive. We manufacture medical technical components for a global market and the company’s product range also includes infusion sets. Our vision is “Aid Nurse to do right” and our unique component RondelO™ is well patented. We attach great importance to quality while daring to challenge and test new ideas. We are located in brand new premises on the Berga industrial area in Helsingborg and have recently completed our own clean room which is approved according to GMP-C.
You will be part of a small team that will work with our production and logistics. We are now looking for both production and warehouse employees as well as an engineer. Together you get to participate in shaping and developing both production and logistics in close collaboration with other departments. We are a growing company characterized by a prestigeless team spirit.
About the service
Together with your colleagues, you will work according to instructions and set production targets. Your working day is characterized by good cooperation with your colleagues, where the joy of work is important.
The duties consist of work in our lab and clean room where the following tasks are included:
Quality testing and inspection of our medical technology components.
Batch tests and batch releases.
Planning of purchases for our production.
Responsibility for cleanroom maintenance, registration and monitoring of parameters such as pressure, differential pressure and particles.
Support our Quality Manager with microbiological sampling and analysis.
Develop our logistics flows and logistics management.
Supervise the production and warehouse staff in collaboration with our CEO.
Responsible for our ERP system (under implementation) in close collaboration with other departments. You may be involved in this project if you are able to start the service immediately.
Run various development projects.
We attach great importance to personal suitability.
The working hours are set to daytime, non-holiday Monday-Friday.
About you
You have a degree as a civil or university engineer or other education relevant to the position. In order to complete the assignment with us, it is important that you enjoy development and that you are structured and achieve results. You have a very good ability to independently plan and prioritize your work, and are solution-oriented. Because you will have many contacts both internally and externally, you have good communication skills and can express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. Good cooperation skills are a matter of course. It is advantageous if you have knowledge in Project Management and Quality Management Systems. Skills in programming and truck cards are a plus.
About the employment
The position is a permanent position, we apply a 6-month trial period. We want you to feel well and provide you with a health care allowance, and in order for you to feel safe, you are also covered by insurance and necessary training.. We would like you to be able to start in August at the latest, recruitment therefore takes place continuously.
