Key Responsibilities:
Program Management
-
Implement and oversee integrated health programs in Damboa.

Supervise facilities and monitor project data, outputs, and budgets.

Collaborate with technical teams, partners, and stakeholders.
-
Ensure quality, compliance, and integration of activities (including GBV, MHPSS, Nutrition).
Health Program Quality
-
Design, plan, and implement health activities.
-
Monitor health indicators and conduct regular data analysis.
-
Collaborate with MEAL team for evaluations and corrective actions.
Team Management
-
Supervise medical supervisors and support staff performance.
-
Conduct appraisals, coaching, and training.
-
Organize weekly meetings and ensure staff well-being.
Medical Stock & Logistics
-
Coordinate with logistics and pharmacy teams for timely drug delivery.

Supervise clinic pharmacists and ensure proper documentation.
Grants & Reporting
-
Contribute to donor proposals, reports, and grant review meetings.

Prepare assessments and support donor communication.
Representation & Coordination
-
Attend health sector meetings, coordinate with partners, maintain stakeholder relationships.

Ensure transparent internal and external communications.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
-
Medical Doctor, Nurse, Midwife, or Public Health professional.

Proven experience in health project and team management.
Experience:
-
At least 2-5 years in similar humanitarian/NGO roles.

Budget management and health system strengthening.
-
Emergency/outbreak response expertise.
Personal Skills:

Team leadership, planning, and adaptability.

Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
-
Must be culturally sensitive and stress-tolerant.
