Key Responsibilities:

Program Management

  • Implement and oversee integrated health programs in Damboa.

  • Supervise facilities and monitor project data, outputs, and budgets.

  • Collaborate with technical teams, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure quality, compliance, and integration of activities (including GBV, MHPSS, Nutrition).

Health Program Quality

  • Design, plan, and implement health activities.

  • Monitor health indicators and conduct regular data analysis.

  • Collaborate with MEAL team for evaluations and corrective actions.

Team Management

  • Supervise medical supervisors and support staff performance.

  • Conduct appraisals, coaching, and training.

  • Organize weekly meetings and ensure staff well-being.

Medical Stock & Logistics

  • Coordinate with logistics and pharmacy teams for timely drug delivery.

  • Supervise clinic pharmacists and ensure proper documentation.

Grants & Reporting

  • Contribute to donor proposals, reports, and grant review meetings.

  • Prepare assessments and support donor communication.

Representation & Coordination

  • Attend health sector meetings, coordinate with partners, maintain stakeholder relationships.

  • Ensure transparent internal and external communications.


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Medical Doctor, Nurse, Midwife, or Public Health professional.

  • Proven experience in health project and team management.

Experience:

  • At least 2-5 years in similar humanitarian/NGO roles.

  • Budget management and health system strengthening.

  • Emergency/outbreak response expertise.

Personal Skills:

  • Team leadership, planning, and adaptability.

  • Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Must be culturally sensitive and stress-tolerant.
