Job Description

• Follow the instructions of the project manager to create a resource plan for project organizational management, personnel, materials, etc. Create and manage the progress.
• Assist the project manager, deliver the project as planned, and instruct the regional project assistants to complete system processing, document management, etc.
• Convene regular project meetings, prepare materials and create monthly reports
• Acceptance inspection work. Acceptance inspection management for customers and construction companies
• Creation of in-house revenue forecasts, monthly revenue trigger processing
• General affairs work

Requirements

Required Skills

• Be proficient in using Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc., especially functions and graph aggregation
• Have experience in data aggregation analysis, progress and schedule management, etc.
• Have the desire to master multiple in-house systems
• In-house processes and Must be willing to learn management rules
• Able to handle detailed and unobtrusive work
• Able to communicate smoothly with team members and related departments
