Job Overview
The company seeks a detail-oriented and experienced Project Engineer to manage technical oil & gas projects, especially in exploration, well intervention, coil tubing, and wellhead operations. You’ll oversee project planning, execution, compliance, and reporting from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for exploration, data analysis, and well activities.

Supervise coiled tubing, slickline, pumping, and wellhead maintenance operations.

Monitor compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.

Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.

Represent the company at client meetings, vendor interactions, and sector events.

Prepare bids, tenders, cost estimates, and vendor price databases.

Conduct site visits to ensure proper execution and alignment with design.

Regularly report on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

5+ years of oil & gas project experience, especially in upstream operations.

Experience with well intervention, coiled tubing, or drilling operations is essential.

Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.

Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Solid understanding of HSE regulations and quality standards.
Work Environment

Primarily office-based (Victoria Island) with frequent site visits.
