🔎 Overview of the Role:
Landshop is looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to support the Founder’s Coordination Team. You will help translate ideas into structured projects, manage teams, track KPIs, and keep everything in motion—from business units to impact initiatives.
This is a high-level visibility role at the center of execution.
🎯 What You’ll Do:

Coordinate daily and weekly task flows across multiple business arms and nonprofit arms

Run and oversee internal reviews, planning sessions, and execution sprints

Organize and lead team productivity meetings (e.g., “Win Your Week”, virtual team check-ins)

Track performance and progress using clear KPIs, team dashboards, and planning boards

Work closely with the Founder to turn vision into actions across teams and timelines

Monitor deadlines, resources, and team deliverables using digital PM tools
✅ You Should Have:

3+ years of proven experience in project or operations management

Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, content, tech, admin, etc.)

Strong knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Notion, Asana, Airtable, or Monday.com

Confidence in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet)
-
Excellent planning, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

High emotional intelligence and a sharp eye for time-sensitive deliverables
