- You lead and inspire the R&D team and Product Managers, driving product development and innovation.
- You ensure that new/renewed products are available in a timely manner, working closely with sales, production, and quality for this purpose.
- You support the sales department in customer projects by providing technical expertise.
- You coordinate and manage projects, defining clear objectives and timelines.
- You collaborate with external parties such as suppliers and research institutes to explore and develop innovative solutions.
- You report to the CEO of Poppies Bakeries.

- You are an experienced food technologist, preferably with expertise in the bakery or ingredient sector.
- Experience in leading teams and managing projects is essential.
- You have a structured and results-oriented approach.
- You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
- You are a genuine people manager and can easily adapt to different cultures.
- You have a “can do” attitude and can easily switch between strategic, tactical, and operational tasks.
