Responsibilities

  • Greet and professionally receive visitors and inquiries promptly dealt
  • Track and follow up in/out of items related to office supplies, documents, and equipment
  • Supervises office cleanliness, repair, and maintenance
  • Perform periodic checks of equipment expiry dates (fire extinguishers, first aid box, etc.)
  • Monitor office pantry, stationary, cleaning, and other related supplies
  • Call Center support to ensure all incoming calls answered
  • Updating internal databases with new hires and existing staffs information
  • Assist in the hiring processes, such as coordinating medical fitness appointments, logistics, and health insurance applications
  • Timely completion of orientation / onboarding documentation
  • Relieves HR Assistant, assists in nurse licensing process, and supports in overall Human Resource admin and clerical works
  • Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stressful situations
  • Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within the designated time
  • Communicates effectively to all departments, if to coordinate a work
  • Accomplishes Human Resource Department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Performs general admin and clerical work when required

Requirements

  • College Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience in admin/clerical works
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus point
  • Communication skills are a must, both verbal and written
  • Dependable concerning confidentiality and policies
  • Great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office/computer skills
  • Positive attitude and organizational skills
