Job Description

At the English conversation school “Saiei International,” leave it to the reception staff.Students range widely from kindergarten children to adults, and you will act as a bridge between students/guardians and Japanese/foreign teachers.

• Schedule management
• Announcements/report preparation
• Intermediate between foreign staff and student parents
• Event planning and preparation
•  Student interviews, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience Level No experience
• Career Level Entry Level
• Minimum English Level Basic (Amount Used: English usage about 25%)
• Minimum Japanese Level Native
• Minimum Education Level Associate Degree/Diploma
• Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Conditions

• Job Type: Permanent Full-time
• Salary: 3 million yen ~ 4.5 million yen
• Salary: Bonuses Bonuses paid on top of indicated salary.
• Salary Commission: Commission included in indicated salary.
• Work Hours: 13:00～22:00
• Holidays: Wed., Sun., Holidays (School time may change)
